Critchlow Alligator Sanctuary is a place for all reptiles and amphibians to find a safe haven and proper care needed to live out their lives safely and securely. Many of the residents in the Sanctuary have come from a variety of places for a variety of reasons all needing good homes. It is David Critchlow's goal to create an Alligator Sanctuary that will become an attraction for reptile and amphibian enthusiasts, and is also a safe haven for domesticated reptiles.

Some of the animals at the Alligator Sanctuary have made a name for themselves because of their stories, special physical characteristics, or both!

We offer visitors of all ages the chance to interact with one of our tortoises or alligators. This is a guided experience with one of our trained handlers!

“What an 'unforgatorable' experience that definitely did not bite! I got the deluxe package where you can hold a gator and feed them, and also the turtle experience where you hang out in their hood and brush and wash their shells and feed them lettuce. They are surprisingly quick! They followed the hubby around like he was the pied piper. We had a 'shell' of a good time with them! We got a personal tour from Jesse, who you can tell just lives for all the animals. He was very affectionate towards them; it was so sweet.”
